PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data administrator basic information.
Movio Logistics Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “us”), UIC 121027400, with headquarters and address of management in Sofia, 22, Abagar str. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall apply the necessary measures for the protection of personal data.

Types of personal data.
2.1. The company uses personal data of its employees and clients.
What are we using personal data for?
3.1. We use your data to manage your orders and contracts.
3.2. The accounting information on the performance of a specific contract is kept within 5 years of carrying out the activity in accordance with the requirements of the Act on Accounting even if the termination of the contract (or the withdrawal of your consent) has been given before the expiry of that period.
3.3. The data necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations under The Law on Measures against Money Laundering and the Law on Measures Against Financing of Terrorism.
3.4. By your consent, data may be collected for your participation in organized promotional activities, in which case the data is processed for the purposes of promotional activity. The data of the winning participants will be stored for the purposes of accounting and tax reporting – 5 years after receiving the respective prize.
3.5. If you chose this option, your data will be used to receive our newsletter or other useful information about the products we offer.
3.6. The data of our employees is stored according to the requirements of the legislation for the purposes of labour law, social security law and tax law.
What are your personal data rights?
4.1. You have the right of access to your personal data at any time by contacting us (right of access to the data).
4.2. You have the right to ask for your data to be rectified in order to be updated (right to rectification).
4.3. You have the right to ask for your data to be deleted (right to be forgotten).
4.4. You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing your personal data.
4.5. The request to be forgotten and the withdrawal of the consent (the right to withdraw your consent) does not affect the processing of the personal data until the data is erased or the consent is withdrawn. Orders already made are stored within the time limit set in point 3.2. above in fulfillment of our legal obligations under the Law on Accounting, the Law on Value Added Tax and others.
4.6. You may wish to restrict the processing of your personal data if:
You contested the accuracy of the personal data – for the reasonable time we need to verify the accuracy of your data;
Processing is unlawful but you do not want your personal data to be erased, but you prefer to restrict their processing;
You have objected to the processing of your personal data, and you are expected to decide whether the controller’s legal grounds override the interests of the data subject.
4.7. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. In this case, processing of your personal data will terminate unless there is a legitimate reason to process the data that override the interests of the data subject or unless the data need to continue to be processed for purposes of protection or realization of legal claims.
4.8. You may at any time ask to stop receiving our newsletter or other information about the products we offer (direct marketing).
5. Is auto profiling performed?
5.1. When processing your personal data, there is no profiling that will have any legal effect on you or affect you in any other way in a significant extent.
6. Who can have access to your personal information?
6.1. Your personal data may be provided to our partners for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods in order to perform the accounting services of your requests, the realization of legal claims and / or the receipt of other services or consultations.
6.2. Your personal information is not intended to be provided outside the territory of the European Union.
7. Commission for Personal Data Protection.
7.1. The Personal Data Protection Commission is the supervisory authority responsible for monitoring the application of data protection rules.
7.2. You have the right to file a petition to the Data Protection Commission if you believe your rights are violated.
