I. Subject of the Terms of Use
Art. 1. These Terms of Use regulate the relations between “Movio Logistics” Ltd., entered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency under UIC 121027400, with registered office and business address: Sofia 1712, Mladost District, 22e Abagar St. (hereinafter referred to as “Movio Logistics”), and the users of the website http://movio.bg/.
Art. 2. By using the website, users are provided with access to published information, information about the products and services of Movio Logistics, or about activities and initiatives undertaken or supported by Movio Logistics, as well as other opportunities determined by Movio Logistics. The type and specifics of the opportunities for using the internet websites of Movio Logistics may be unilaterally changed at the discretion of Movio Logistics.
Art. 3. These Terms of Use regulate the conditions under which Movio Logistics provides users with the specified opportunities for using the websites, and users undertake to use them in compliance with the applicable legislation and the requirements set forth in these Terms of Use.
Art. 4. When using the websites, users undertake and agree not to violate the rights and interests of third parties and not to perform malicious actions.
Conditions for Use of the Websites
Art. 5. These Terms of Use apply to the relations with all users who access the site. Users of the site accept and undertake to comply with these Terms of Use. With each use of services and resources of the site, including by opening an internet page of the websites or by clicking on an electronic link from the homepage or any other internet page of the websites, users declare that they are aware of these Terms of Use, agree to them, and undertake to comply with them.
Art. 6. The use of the site by users is free of charge and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7).
Art. 7. (1) The use of the Movio Logistics website does not require prior registration by the users.
Art. 8. Any use of the content of the site by users, including saving, copying, publishing, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, transmitting and retransmitting via an electronic communication network, publishing on the internet, public display, modification, or use in any other way outside those specified in these Terms of Use of content from the websites, may only take place with the express permission of Movio Logistics.
Changes to the Terms of Use
Art. 9. With the addition of new features and functionalities to this site, it may be necessary to update or revise the Terms of Use. Therefore, we reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice by publishing the revised version on the site. These changes will take effect from the date of publication of the revised version on the site. The use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement with the revised Terms of Use.
Art. 10. In case of changes to the Terms of Use, we will provide a notice at the top of this page for at least 30 days after the new effective date.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Art. 11. (1) The content of the website is determined by Movio Logistics. Movio Logistics has the right at any time to change the content of the website by adding and/or removing sections, materials, etc.
(2) Movio Logistics has the right to change the parameters and features of the website, to change the terms and conditions for its use, to suspend or terminate its use, to provide new websites or to close existing ones. These Terms of Use shall apply to the relations between the parties also in the cases specified in this paragraph.
Art. 12. (1) Users have the right to request information from Movio Logistics regarding the terms of use of the website.
(2) Users have the right to notify Movio Logistics of any issues they encounter related to the use of the site (including errors, technical difficulties, violations of user or third-party rights, etc.).
Art. 13. (1) The user agrees that Movio Logistics has the right to collect, process, use, and store data and information by which users can be identified, including username, full name, email address, phone number, and any other information that users enter, use, and provide when completing the inquiry form provided on the website and in accordance with these Terms of Use, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable legislation.
(2) The user agrees that Movio Logistics has the right to provide information regarding personal data to employees, subcontractors, and partners of Movio Logistics for the activities described in these Terms of Use. In this sense, a "Partner" is any entity with which Movio Logistics is in contractual relations and on behalf of which Movio Logistics has the right to provide additional information about its goods/services to registered Users of the site/application who have given their consent.
(3) At the request of a competent authority, Movio Logistics has the right to provide personal information related to the users, which it holds.
Responsibilities
Art. 14. (1) The Movio Logistics website constitutes a protected object of copyright and related rights and contains objects of such rights.
(2) The Movio Logistics website contains information, materials, functions, and other content that represent protected objects of copyright and related rights. The site may also present, by Movio Logistics or with its consent, the names of legal entities and sole proprietors, trademarks, logos, registered signs, product and service names, and other similar protected objects of rights.
(3) The use of the Movio Logistics website or of an object under the preceding paragraphs in violation of the provisions of these Terms of Use, in addition to breaching the agreements between users and Movio Logistics, may also constitute an infringement of rights over objects that are subject to third-party intellectual and/or industrial property, as well as other rights and legitimate interests of Movio Logistics and/or third parties protected by law. For any violation under this article, the respective user assumes full responsibility – civil, administrative, or criminal – at their own expense, including paying compensation imposed by a competent authority to affected parties.

Art. 15. The trademarks used or displayed on this website (“Trademarks”) are registered and unregistered trademarks of Movio Logistics or third parties. You are not entitled to use any Trademarks displayed on this site without prior written permission from Movio Logistics or the trademark owner.

Final Provisions
Art. 18. Correspondence between Movio Logistics and users in connection with the use of the site shall be carried out via electronic communications. The email address of Movio Logistics for correspondence with users regarding the site content is office@movio.bg.
Art. 19. All disputes between Movio Logistics and users in connection with the use of the website shall be resolved through negotiations and agreement between the parties. If this proves impossible, either party may refer the dispute for resolution to the competent court seated in Sofia.
Art. 20. (1) For matters not settled in these Terms of Use, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
(2) If certain provisions of these Terms of Use are duly declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use, which shall remain in force and shall apply in the relations between the parties.
Art. 21. (1) These Terms of Use shall enter into force as of November 2025.
(2) These Terms of Use, as well as future amendments to them, shall also apply to existing registered users as of the effective date. Registered users shall have the opportunity to declare within 7 days from the date of entry into force of the relevant amendment that they reject the changes to the Terms of Use by sending a message to office@movio.bg.
